Clean Items Only

All items must be freshly laundered, clean and completely dry before collection.

Minimum Order

A minimum order of £20 applies.

Collection & Delivery

Collection and delivery are available by prior arrangement to suit you.

Care of Your Items

Every item is pressed with care and in accordance with the manufacturer’s care label where available. If a care label is missing or unreadable, ironing will be carried out using our professional judgement.

Delicate Items

We may decline to iron delicate, damaged or unsuitable items where there is a risk of damage to the item.

Payment

Payment is due on or before collection or delivery. We accept bank transfer or cash.

Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your booking. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation charge.

Personal Belongings

Please empty all pockets before collection. We cannot accept responsibility for valuables left inside garments.

Liability

Whilst every care is taken, we cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items with missing care labels. Where we are responsible for damage, our liability will be limited to the reasonable cost of repair or the item’s fair market value, taking into account it's age and condition.

Your personal information is used only to provide our service and is handled in accordance with UK data protection legislation.
